So, what makes us innovative? When we opened this facility in 2001, our goal was to offer a new, unique experience to our customers by providing services above and beyond what any other shop in the area had previously done.

How many times have you gotten an estimate on your repair, only to find the bill 2 or 3 times more when you return to pick up the vehicle? At Innovative Autocare, we don't give you an "estimate" we quote you an exact price based on our diagnostics. We want to be up front, honest, and fair to each and every customer.

Three Phone Call Procedure:
1. Call for approval with exact price.
2. Call customer when repairs are completed.
3. Call customer 2-3 weeks after repairs to confirm good repair
and perform customer survey.
